There are three ways to apply for Turkish Citizenship by investment as Issuance of PoA (Power of Attorney), Obtaining Turkish Tax Identity Numbers, and Opening a Bank Account in Turkey. The process starts with a real estate registered in your name. Secondly, needed documents are prepared by our team. Next, a temporary Turkey Residence Permit valid for a year is supplied for the investor. The last step is sending a Turkish Citizenship application and collecting the Turkish Identity Card.

Turkish Citizenship status takes formally around 3-4 months at the most. Timing may change depending on the application density.

You cannot have Turkish citizenship no matter how long you live with a tourist residence permit. The dwelling period spent in Turkey with a tourist residence permit is not substitutionary for the period needed for citizenship. To meet the condition of living in Turkey uninterruptedly for five years, the foreigner must dwell in Turkey with a long-term residence permit, student residence permit, or family residence permit.
