Residence permit is made to the Immigration Administration of the province where the application is made, and the permit is also given by this institution. The foreigner, whose residence permit request has been rejected and who left the country within the legal period, may apply for a residence permit again on another date in order to enter and reside in Turkey. If the foreigner wishes to apply for a residence permit again within six months after the notification of the rejection decision regarding the residence permit request he/she has submitted, he/she must apply for a different reason than the one stated in his previous applications.
